Candidates received promotions

Candidates from the belt testing on Oct 2nd, 2008 received their promotions last night. Terry Spencer, Jim Irvine and Joe Pickering presented test candidates, from the Oct 2nd 2008, with the belt promotions last night. Terry stressed that a promotion in Judo is not instructors awarding rank to students, it is instead instructors recognizing the rank In the students. Mike Westcott received a special award for having the best performance on his belt test.
