  4. Black belts train in an atmosphere of respect and courtesy
  5. Black belts develop high levels of self discipline and self control
  6. Black belts have the drive to finish jobs that they start despite any obstacles
  7. Black belts are healthy, coordinated people who value their mental and physical well-being
  8. Black belts do not have abusive habits that might threaten their sense of well-being
  9. Black belts are leaders and are committed to serving others and making a contribution to society
  10. Black belts are always learning and apply what they learn in the dojo to all areas of their lives
